The PT2 is a BigBox-type warehouse measuring 42,000 sqm. It is located on Budapest’s western side, along the M1 motorway, in the second phase of our Páty megapark. The building was handed over in June 2024, with 100% occupation. It was built to the criteria required to achieve the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category and the EU Taxonomy. During the development we reduced the embodied carbon by an additional 16 per cent compared to the already advanced solution used in PT1, and this will be our first building to operate solely with a heat pump system. Our revolutionary mobile application is also a key to unlocking energy-efficient operations at the PT2 warehouse. Our partners can achieve sustainability goals while reducing energy costs via our cutting-edge technology packed in bespoke software. Near PT2, within the park, we plan to create a ParkCenter that offers office services and serves as a venue for community and recreational activities to promote relaxation.
