The PT2 is Big Box-type warehouse measuring 42,000 sqm. It is located on Budapest’s western side, along the M1 motorway, in the second phase of our Páty megapark. The planned completion of the building is expected in the second quarter of 2024, and its construction follows the criteria required to achieve the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category. Our revolutionary mobile application is the key to unlocking energy-efficient operations at the PT2 warehouse. Our partners can achieve sustainability goals while reducing energy costs via our cutting-edge technology packed in bespoke software. Near PT2, within the park, we plan to create a ParkCenter that offers office services and serves as a venue for community and recreational activities to promote relaxation.
