HelloParks Páty industrial park is situated on 108 hectares in Budapest’s western part, along the M1 motorway, just 6 km from the M0 and 10 km from the M7 junction. The site offers 354,000 sqm of industrial space, with the smallest building being 30,000 sqm and the largest reaching 115,000 sqm. Currently, 58,000 sqm of industrial space is ready, with 55,000 sqm already leased to tenants. We also offer our partners BTS (built-to-suit) and BTO (built-to-own) solutions.

The first 58,000 sqm Big Box warehouse in the megapark, the largest contiguous modern industrial facility in the Budapest area, obtained its occupancy permit in July 2023. Construction is underway for the 42,000 sqm PT2 Big Box warehouse, expected to be completed in the summer of 2024.

Our warehouses provide tenants with a cutting-edge mobile application which connects to the intelligent building automation and monitoring system for complete control. Additionally, the outdoor areas are equipped with smart-ready lighting to enhance safety, and eco-friendly transportation is supported with electric golf carts and charging stations.

All future industrial buildings in the megapark will be designed to meet the BREEAM New Construction Outstanding certification and the EU Taxonomy requirements.

Our megaparks prioritise the mental and emotional well-being of workers. To that end, we plan to create a ParkCenter on every site. The ParkCenter will offer office services and serve as a venue for community and recreational activities to promote relaxation.
