The PT1 is a 58,000 sqm Big Box-type warehouse, the largest contiguous modern industrial property near Budapest. Located in our Páty megapark in Budapest’s western part, this building was constructed according to the criteria required to achieve the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category. Our in-house developed proprietary mobile application facilitates energy efficiency in the PT1 warehouse, benefitting our esteemed partners. We aim to build a ParkCenter near PT1 that will serve as a hub for both business and leisure. The centre will offer office services while creating a space for community and recreational activities. Over 50% of the development was already secured by tenants.
