This 46-hectare industrial and logistics centre is located in the town of Maglód, situated in an industrial zone in the eastern section of the Budapest metropolitan area. The park is close to the M0 ring road, M4 and M5 motorways and Ferenc Liszt International Airport.

By September, our first 46,000 m2 BIG BOX facility was completed, which is the first in Hungary to achieve the Excellent level of the BREEAM New Construction certificate in Design Stage in logistics and industrial buildings category. In the next phase of our development, we will start the construction of the 45,000 m2 MG3 and MG4 buildings with a planned handover in Q1 2023. The minimum leasable area in the next phase is 3,500 square meters, smaller tenants, requiring an area of 500-1,000 m2 will be served by our later facilities.

The industrial and logistics centre to be built on the site in the future is able to contain hall buildings with a total floor space of more than 200,000 m2, constructed in line with the BREEAM sustainability standards. The smallest facility will have a floor space of 26,000 m2, the largest up to 60,000 m2.

There will also be leisure and community services provided to help promote recreation in this liveable, people-centred logistics park.
