The MG3 warehouse is in the HelloParks Maglód megapark, located in the industrial zone of the Budapest eastern agglomeration. It is close to the M0, M4, and M5 motorways and the Ferenc Liszt International Airport. This 46,000 sqm Big Box-type development is our first building to be constructed according to the criteria required to achieve the highest, Outstanding rating in the BREEAM sustainability standard in the New Construction category. Our partners have already leased over 55% of the warehouse space. Our internally developed application helps partners achieve energy-efficient operations in the MG3 warehouse. Near MG3, we plan to create a ParkCenter that offers office services and serves as a venue for community and recreational activities to promote relaxation within the park.
