Our MG4 building, a 46,000 sqm BigBox warehouse is scheduled for completion in the last quarter of 2024 in the third phase of HelloParks Maglód. Located in the industrial zone of Budapest’s eastern agglomeration, near the M0 ring road, the M4 and M5 motorways, and close to the Liszt Ferenc International Airport, the building is designed to meet the criteria for the Outstanding rating of the BREEAM sustainability standard in the New Construction category, similar to MG3, the first warehouse to reach this certification in Hungary, and is in-line with EU Taxonomy requirements. Our proprietary mobile application helps partners achieve energy-efficient operations in the warehouse. In the vicinity of MG4, we intend to establish a ParkCenter, which will provide office services and serve as a platform for community and recreational activities to promote a sense of relaxation within the park.
