The PT1 is a 58,000 sqm BigBox-type warehouse, the largest industrial property of the Páty megapark. Located in Budapest’s western part, this building obtained the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category in Design Stage. Our in-house developed proprietary mobile application facilitates energy efficiency in the PT1 warehouse, benefitting our esteemed partners. We aim to build a ParkCenter near PT1 that will serve as a hub for both business and leisure. The centre will offer office services while creating a space for community and recreational activities.
