The 42,000 square meter BigBox-type PT3 warehouse is under constructed in our Páty megapark, located on Budapest’s western side, along the M1 motorway. The building is being developed to meet the criteria for the Outstanding rating of the BREEAM sustainability standard in the New Construction category and to be in-line with EU Taxonomy requirements, with a planned completion date in the last quarter of 2024. Our proprietary mobile application helps partners achieve energy-efficient operations in the warehouse. In the vicinity of PT3, we intend to establish a ParkCenter, which will provide office services and serve as a platform for community and recreational activities to promote a sense of relaxation within the park.
