The FT2 warehouse, realised in the third phase of HelloParks Fót, is situated directly adjacent to its twin FT1, completed in the first phase. The park is located in Budapest’s northern vicinity, near the intersection of the M0 and the M3 motorways. This 46,000 sqm Big Box-type development was constructed according to the criteria required to achieve the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM sustainability standard in the New Construction category. Our proprietary mobile application helps partners achieve energy-efficient operations in the FT2 warehouse. In the vicinity of FT2, we intend to establish a ParkCenter, which will provide office services and serve as a platform for community and recreational activities to promote a sense of relaxation within the park.
