The BigBox-type warehouse, FT1, is the first building in our Fót megapark, located in Budapest’s northern vicinity, near the M0 motorway and the M3 motorway intersection. The property was constructed following the criteria of the Excellent rating of the BREEAM sustainability standard in the New Construction category. After obtaining the occupancy permit in 2022, the building achieved full occupancy within a few months. Our proprietary mobile application software helps partners achieve energy-efficient operations at the FT1 warehouse. Near FT1, within the park, we plan to create a ParkCenter that offers office services and serves as a venue for community and recreational activities to promote relaxation
