The first completed building of our HelloParks Páty megapark, PT1, has achieved the highest Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category at the Design Stage. We are not stopping here: We are in the process of obtaining the Construction Stage rating, too. If this is also successful, it will be the second development after HelloParks Maglód MG3 to achieve the highest sustainability rating, which only less than 3 per cent of buildings possess globally.

We are proud of the whole team, as currently we are the only company in Hungary developing industrial properties under such strict criteria. The 58,000 sqm big box hall also aligns with the EU Taxonomy requirements.

We have excellent feedback on our efforts—market-leading partners, such as DHL Supply Chain and dm-drogerie markt, have chosen PT1. Furthermore, in the other halls under construction in HelloParks Páty, which also aim for these certifications, transport company Gebrüder Weiss and TRANSDANUBIA have signed up for significant areas.
