The MG1 warehouse is located in the HelloParks Maglód megapark, in the industrial zone of Budapest’s eastern agglomeration, near the M0, M4, and M5 motorways and the Ferenc Liszt International Airport. This 45,000 sqm BigBox-type building is our first development and the first industrial property in Hungary to achieve an Excellent rating in the BREEAM sustainability standard in the New Construction category. Within two months of obtaining the occupancy permit, the building was completely occupied by tenants. Our state-of-the-art, in-house mobile application assists our partners in achieving energy-efficient operations within the MG1 warehouse. Near MG1, within the park, we plan to create a ParkCenter that offers office services and serves as a venue for community and recreational activities to promote relaxation.
