The AN1, located in southern Budapest at the intersection of the M0 and M5 motorways and close to the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport and a container terminal with rail connection, is currently under construction and represents our most extensive project. This 60,000 sqm warehouse will be Hungary’s largest speculative industrial property, with an expected completion date in the fourth quarter of 2024. The construction of the warehouse adheres to the criteria required to achieve the Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category and is aligned with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy. Our in-house-developed mobile application will support our partners’ energy-efficient operations in the warehouse.
