HelloParks Alsónémedi

HelloParks Alsónémedi, located on a 135,000 sqm site, is our latest real estate investment. The area is situated in Budapest’s southern part, close to the intersection of the M0 and M5 motorways and the BILK container terminal. On this site, we have commenced the construction of a 60,000 sqm Big Box-type warehouse, which will be our largest building to date. As sustainability and energy efficiency are primary considerations in our investments, similar to our ongoing developments, the AN1 warehouse is being built to the highest level of BREEAM New Construction certification, Outstanding, and will be aligned with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy. According to the plans, construction is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2024.
