HelloParks Budapest South

HelloParks Budapest South at Alsónémedi is located on a 135,000 sqm site, is our latest real estate investment. The area is situated close to the intersection of the M0 and M5 motorways, the Budapest Liszt Ferenc International Airport and a container terminal with rail connection. On this site, we developed a 60,000 sqm BigBox-type warehouse, which is not only our largest building to date, but the largest speculative industrial building in Hungary as well.

As sustainability and energy efficiency are primary considerations in our investments, similar to our recent developments, the AN1 warehouse is built to the highest level of BREEAM New Construction certification, Outstanding, and will be aligned with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy.
