Our HelloParks Fót megapark has reached another significant milestone. Our FT2 warehouse, which is a Big Box-type facility and spans 45,000 sqm, has obtained its occupancy permit as our third building on the premises. With this achievement, HelloParks Fót now boasts a total of 116,000 sqm of completed industrial developments.

The building was constructed according to the highest rating of the BREEAM New Construction category, aiming for an Outstanding certification. The Fót site offers a total of 330,000 sqm of warehouse and industrial space development opportunities.
