Five companies have signed contracts for a total of nearly 20,000 sqm in our newly-opened FT6 and MG3 industrial warehouses in Fót and Maglód. These deals bring occupancy levels at area of the two halls to 25%.

In our first City Flex warehouse, FT6, a total of 6,200 sqm have been leased by high-tech company Keber Precision Machinery, which designs, manufactures and sells plastic welding equipment; Serveone, a supplier to the automotive industry and manufacturer of batteries for electric transport; and electrical installation materials manufacturer Kopos Elektro Kft.

The first two tenants of HelloParks Maglód MG3 are WELL PACK, a provider of complex logistics services, and Loginvent, a provider of long-term sustainable warehouse logistics services. The two companies lease a total of 13,000 sqm in the hall.
