We proudly announce that our HelloParks Páty PT1 warehouse won the Best Commercial and Manufacturing Development Europe title at the International Property Awards (IPA). This acknowledgement by the international jury takes our project, which won a five-star rating in the European Property Awards last year, one level higher and the best in its category.

HelloParks Páty is located in the western region of Budapest, along the M1 highway and only 6 km from the M0 junction. The first phase of the 58,000 sqm Big Box type PT1 hall was built to the highest rating of Outstanding in the BREEAM New Construction category, which it has achieved for the design stage, and meets the requirements of the EU taxonomy. Almost 90 percent of the largest single modern warehouse in the Budapest area has already found tenants, including well-known companies such as DHL Supply Chain and drogerie markt.
