Our newest Páty, PT3 facility has obtained its occupancy permit!
Located on the western outskirts of Budapest, HelloParks Páty megapark offers prime access to major transport routes, including the M1 motorway and the M0–M7 junction. This makes it an ideal hub for local, national, and international logistics. The 42,000 sqm PT3 is our third completed facility at the park, contributing to the 142,000 sqm of energy-efficient industrial and logistics space already delivered within our planned 384,000 sqm development.
PT3 embodies the latest advancements from our R&D and sustainability team, reinforcing our commitment to reducing carbon emissions across our developments. Compared to our first projects, PT3 is expected to achieve a 19.78% reduction in CO2 emissions, moving us closer to our 25% carbon reduction target by 2025 as part of our HelloZero ESG strategy. Key sustainability measures include plastic fibre industrial flooring for lower emissions, reduced-carbon concrete structures, rebar sourced from 100% recycled materials and optimised concrete recipe for flooring and structural components.
Like all HelloParks developments, PT3 meets the highest sustainability standards, and has been designed to achieve EU Taxonomy compliance and BREEAM New Construction Outstanding certification—an elite recognition held by less than 3% of buildings globally. HelloParks was also the first developer in Hungary to secure both EU Taxonomy certification and BREEAM Outstanding for industrial facilities.
Our first two warehouses, PT1 and PT2, are operating at 95% occupancy, and demand for PT3 is already strong, with over 60% of its space leased by Transdanubia, a significant international freight forwarding and logistics provider. Other industry leaders such as dm-Drogerie Markt, DHL Supply Chain, Gebrüder Weiss, and BYD have also chosen HelloParks Páty for their operations.
