Our PT2 building in Páty is structurally complete! The 42,000 sqm big box hall has already been fitted with the external sandwich panels and the trapezoidal roof panels. This facility also aims to achieve the highest Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category and aligns with EU Taxonomy requirements as all our new buildings. The first tenant, the international freight forwarding and logistics company Gebrüder Weiss, is expected to take occupancy in the second quarter of 2024.
