Our three sustainable megaparks have already been awarded the ‘Local Logistics Park’ title. This esteemed qualification, bestowed by the Ministry for National Economy of Hungary, serves as a testament to the investment potential of our logistics parks. Their cutting-edge facilities and top-notch services significantly enhance companies’ competitiveness.

Our successful application is also significant because a new concept has been added to the regulation of logistics parks: from 1 January 2025, certain companies will only be able to carry out logistics activities in the area if they have obtained the title of “logistics park”. According to Government Decree 161/2023, 28.4.23, on Science and Innovation, Technology, Industrial and Logistics Parks, a logistics park is defined as an area with a logistics base, at least 60% of which is based on logistics capacities (warehousing, transport), mainly market-driven, with infrastructure where the most important group of basic services is directly related to logistics or where service activities are carried out and where there is integrated cooperation between logistics, industrial, municipal and investment operators. In addition, a logistics park can only be located in an area of at least 3 hectares that is classified as an industrial or commercial area in the applicable zoning plan or municipal resolution.
