We provide space for growth! That is why we are super happy, that Gebrüder Weiss has decided to expand even before the building is ready for use. With GW we have previously signed an agreement for 22,000 square meters in our PT2 hall, currently being built at HelloParks Páty, and they now decided to increase their soon-to-be-occupied rental space to 32,000 sqm which means they have become the largest client in our customer portfolio. Under the terms of the recent agreement, they will occupy more than 76 per cent of the 42,000 sqm of industrial space. The facility will be completed in the second quarter of 2024, enabling GW to move in this summer according to their plans.
