We are proud that our joint transaction with the Erste Open-Ended Real Estate Investment Fund has been recognised with the Real Estate Investment Transaction of the Year award at the Portfolio Property Awards 2025 gala. The PT2 and PT3 warehouses located in our HelloParks Páty megapark changed ownership as part of the largest single transaction ever completed on the Hungarian industrial real estate market.

This award once again reaffirms our belief that sustainable, modern and energy-efficient industrial developments create value not only for tenants, but for investors as well. We believe this path represents the future, for both the environment and the economy, that is why we continue to work towards being the driving force behind the green transition of the Hungarian industrial real estate market.

This recognition is the result of our team’s collective effort, and another source of momentum as we move forward on the path we started five years ago.
