In March, our 26,000 sqm FT6 warehouse in Fót obtained its occupancy permit. As the fourth completed HelloParks building, it is our first City Flex warehouse. Our Fót megapark has now reached a total area of 72,000 sqm industrial space with the recent completion of its developments.

The FT6 warehouse, developed according to the BREEAM New Construction category’s Outstanding rating, is our first City Flex-type facility. Its design allows for leasing smaller areas, even as little as 1,000 sqm. Featuring exclusively drive-in gates on one side and a combination of docking and drive-in gates on the other, the building’s lower height and smaller size make it a perfect fit for businesses engaged in urban logistics, light industrial manufacturing, and assembly operations.
