Our PT1 warehouse in Páty received a prestigious professional award with a rich history spanning 30 years. HelloParks’ development was honoured as a Five Star development at the London European Property Awards ceremony and is advancing to the International Property Awards global competition due to this recent accolade.

The European Property Awards’ submissions are evaluated by an independent jury comprising over 80 industry experts based on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability. Within an approximately 70-million-euro investment framework, the realised 58,000 sqm Big Box warehouse is the Budapest region’s largest contiguous modern industrial facility. The PT1 building was constructed following the highest sustainability standards in the BREEAM New Construction category, achieving an Outstanding rating.
