Our warehouse portfolio expands with the recently-launched additional real estate investment in Alsónémedi. Construction has commenced on a 60,000 sqm warehouse facility in the area, which is being built to meet the strictest sustainability requirements.

The new industrial property is being constructed on a 135,000 sqm area, close to the intersection of the M0 and M5 highways and near the BILK container terminal. This Big Box-type building is expected to be completed in Q2 2024, and it will be the largest project the company have undertaken. Like all of our warehouses currently under construction, the upcoming facility will adhere to the highest (Outstanding) standards of the BREEAM sustainability certification in the New Construction category and align with the regulations of the EU Taxonomy. With this investment, we will now cover the Budapest area from all major commercial directions.
