Shortly after FT2, we also obtained the occupancy permit for the first building in HelloParks Páty! The PT1 warehouse, spanning 58,000 sqm, is a significant addition to our portfolio and stands as the largest contiguous modern industrial building in the Budapest area.

As with all our recent developments, the PT1 warehouse was designed to meet the most stringent criteria of the BREEAM New Construction category, achieving an Outstanding rating and aligning with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy.
