We reached a huge milestone in our latest project, the first columns have already been placed in Alsónémedi! On the 13.5 hectare site, construction is underway of a 60,000 square metre big box warehouse, which will be the largest speculatively developed industrial property in the capital’s suburbs to date.

As with our other developments already underway, AN1 will be built to the highest rating of Outstanding in the BREEAM New Construction category and will in line with the EU Taxonomy.

Located near the junction of the M0 and M5 motorways and the BILK container terminal, HelloParks Alsónémedi is perfectly situated for a logistics and industrial property, as the southern submarket of Budapest is one of the most frequented areas for industrial investment.
