We recently held our first concrete-pouring ceremony in the soon-to-be-completed 60,000 sqm AN1 hall at HelloParks Alsónémedi. We celebrated the pouring of the last block of the hall’s industrial floor with our colleagues working on the project and, to our great delight, with the Mayor of Alsónémedi, Dr Zoltán Tüske. This is an important milestone for us, bringing us closer to the handover of the country’s largest speculative industrial property.

The AN1 hall, constructed on a 13.5-hectare site, is located near the junction of the M0 and M5 motorways in Budapest’s southern submarket, one of the most sought-after areas for logistics, just 20 minutes from Budapest Ferenc Liszt International Airport. The facility will be ready for tenants as of late summer.

Similar to our developments that received occupancy permits after 2022, the AN1 warehouse is being built to the highest Outstanding certification of the BREEAM New Construction category and will align with the EU Taxonomy requirements. We are proud to be the only company in the Hungarian market developing industrial properties under such strict conditions, demonstrating our unwavering commitment to sustainability. The efficient operation of the completed building will be supported by, among other things, solar panels installed on the roof, a heat pump cooling and heating system, and HelloParks’ own mobile application.

The AN1 hall, with its sustainable building’s large, contiguous areas of 15,000 sqm, 12-meter internal height, and cross-dock option, is a versatile solution. It is not only an attractive option for logistics service providers, courier services, freight forwarding companies, and e-commerce and fulfilment businesses, but due to its high electrical capacity, it also has the potential to meet special requirements, including cold storage or pharmaceutical warehouses. This versatility opens up a world of possibilities for potential tenants.
