Our HelloParks Fót FT1 building was honoured with the prestigious title of Best Warehouse Development at the 16th CIJ Awards ceremony, which is one of the most esteemed competitions in the commercial real estate sector in Hungary, boasting a long-standing tradition. The FT1’s remarkable achievement of reaching full occupancy within a few months further substantiated the professional recognition.

The first phase of our Fót megapark includes the FT1 warehouse, spanning over 46,000 sqm.
