As of early 2025, our HelloParks Fót FT2 and FT6 warehouses have successfully achieved EU Taxonomy compliance, joining our FT1 building in Fót, which last year became the first industrial building in Hungary to achieve this significant sustainability milestone.

Securing this certification demands strict compliance with a set of criteria, including but not limited to energy efficiency, water and biodiversity protection, pollution prevention and circular economy aspects.

Achieving EU Taxonomy certification confirms, that the construction of these buildings contribute significantly to the mitigation of climate change, does not compromise the other environmental objectives of the taxonomy, and that the we have complied with the minimum safeguards.
