We are industrial real estate developers with a creative mindset. We offer comprehensive and customer-centric solutions to our partners, from land development to building construction and facility maintenance. Since our establishment in 2020, we have built a presence in four locations: Maglód, Fót, Páty, and Alsónémedi, with our sustainable and energy-efficient megaparks. We are actively working on the development of over 1 million sqm of industrial space on a total area of 200 hectares. The total development value of our completed and ongoing projects approaches €600 million.

In Hungary, we are leading the way in developing sustainable industrial facilities. Accordingly, we are the only company in the country that builds all of its halls in line with the requirements of the EU Taxonomy and the Outstanding rating of the BREEAM sustainability standard’s New Construction category — a level achieved by only 3% of buildings worldwide. Our clear objective is to develop our facilities to the strictest standards, setting a new green industry benchmark in the sector.

Within our warehouses, our tenants can take control of their own environmental sustainability through our proprietary application, allowing them to contribute to eco-friendly operations. In our megaparks, we support green transportation with electric vehicle charging stations and electric golf carts.
