We were delighted to welcome Gyetván Csaba, creator of the popular ‘Hogyan készül?’ (How It’s Made) series, who visited our HelloParks Fót megapark to see how we build Hungary’s most sustainable industrial properties. We showed him how our energy-efficient logistics halls are designed and constructed, from calculating their carbon footprint to demonstrating how sustainability principles influence details such as the number of skylights or the innovative solutions we use to reduce embodied carbon.
He also learned how we save materials and energy, how BIM (building information modelling) technology supports our work, what insulation and smart building systems we use, and what makes our megaparks attractive to diverse tenants such as Aeroplex, DHL Supply Chain, and dm-Drogerie Markt. It was a great pleasure to host Csaba and show him how sustainable industrial development really works in practice.
How are Hungary’s most modern, sustainable industrial halls built? Find out in Csaba’s video (in Hungarian)!
