We are delighted to announce that our HelloParks Fót FT6 warehouse has achieved the highest Outstanding rating in the BREEAM New Construction category, with a score of 90% in the final Construction Stage. The recognition marks another milestone in our sustainability efforts. We obtained the certification with the support of EY denkstatt.

FT6 is our second industrial property to achieve this outstanding green rating. In this development, as with all our buildings, we have worked from the beginning of the planning phase to ensure that our 26,000 sqm warehouse meets the most stringent sustainability criteria. The high level of the certification is an important feedback for us that we are on the right track.

This achievement fits in with our objective to set a green benchmark for the whole sector in industrial property development through sustainable development.
